Seniors in need of housing can call the Burlington Council on Aging at (781) 270-1950 to make an appointment with an outreach worker to learn about affordable housing options. They may also call the Burlington Town Administrator’s office at (781) 270-1635 and the Burlington Housing Authority at (781) 272-7786.
Burlington Community Transportation Pilot Program
The town of Burlington offers a Community Transportation Program. This wonderful service provides 35-50 rides per month. Any Burlington resident can qualify under one of the following criteria: Age (over 60); Disability, or Income 300% of the poverty level or $38,380/year). You only need to meet one to qualify!
