Burlington Reads Dark Tide 2011

The question was: What would happen if everyone in Burlington read the same book? Burlington is reading "Dark Tide: the Great Molasses Flood of 1919" by local author Stehpen Puleo. In January 1919, a fifty foot tank filled with molasses exploded, sending 2.3 million gallons through the streets of Boston's North End and killing 21 people. Who was to blame?
