THE SEARCH FOR SERGEANT READ-A-LOT This reading mascot is a German shepherd dog of sizeable proportions (for a stuffed toy animal.) Various businesses and town offices around Burlington will display him each week for the 8 weeks of the Summer Reading Program. If your child spots the "Sarge", rush into the library and fill out a raffle ticket before noon on Fridays. Be aware: Sgt-Read-a-lot will be in a different disguise each week!
